Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident when choosing RestoreOne. This page explains when refunds are available and how cancellations work.

1. General principles

– RestoreOne Pro and Agency/Enterprise are digital products sold on a subscription basis.

– Because our plugin and updates are delivered immediately after purchase, we offer refunds under specific conditions described below.

– By purchasing, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Refunds for first-time purchases

We offer refunds for first-time purchases of Pro and Agency/Enterprise licenses under these conditions:

– You request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date; and

– You provide a brief explanation of the issue so we can improve the product.

If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

We may decline refunds in cases of:

– Obvious abuse or repeated purchases/refunds

– Chargeback disputes already opened with PayPal, Stripe, or your bank

3. Renewals and recurring payments

Renewal payments are not automatically refundable.

– You will receive renewal notices by email (if supported by the payment provider).

– To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of renewal, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or a partial refund, provided the license has not been heavily used after renewal.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

– Through your account area (if available), or

– By contacting us at support@musederlabs.com with your order details.

When you cancel:

– Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period.

– After it expires, you lose access to future updates and support.

– Backups stored on your own server or cloud storage remain yours; we do not delete them.

5. No refunds in certain cases

We generally do not provide refunds for:

– Purchases older than the timeframes stated above

– Issues caused by unsupported hosting environments or severe misconfiguration

– Conflicts with heavily customized themes or plugins that we cannot reasonably support

– Situations where the plugin was working as described, but you decided you no longer need it

We may still choose to make exceptions at our sole discretion.

6. Trials, discounts, and promotions

Any free trials, coupons, or promotional discounts are subject to the terms communicated at the time of the offer. In some cases, promotions may be non-refundable; this will be clearly indicated.

7. How to request a refund

Include:

– Your full name

– The email address used for purchase

– Your order ID or transaction ID

– A short description of the issue

We will review your request and usually respond within a few business days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
