Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 November 2025
Thank you for using RestoreOne and other products from MusederLab (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of:
– The website musederlabs.com and any subdomains (the “Site”)
– The RestoreOne WordPress plugin (Free, Pro, and Agency/Enterprise editions)
– Any related services, documentation, or support (collectively, the “Service”)
By accessing the Site, installing or using the plugin, or purchasing a license, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Licenses and usage
2.1 Plugin license
When you purchase RestoreOne Pro or Agency/Enterprise, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of WordPress sites specified in your plan, for the duration of your active subscription.
2.2 Sites per license
– Free: unlimited personal and client sites, subject to WordPress.org terms.
– Pro: 1 production site per license (test/staging copies of the same site are allowed).
– Agency/Enterprise: as specified in your agreement or plan description.
You may not resell, redistribute, or re-license the plugin code as a standalone product without our written permission.
3. Subscription, pricing, and renewals
3.1 Subscription term
Pro and Agency/Enterprise licenses are billed on a recurring annual basis, unless otherwise stated. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3.2 Pricing
Prices and available plans are listed on the Site and may change over time. If we change pricing, we will apply changes to new purchases and renewals going forward. Some launch or promotional prices may be offered for a limited time.
3.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, or duties imposed by your local jurisdiction. Where required, we may collect and remit taxes on your behalf.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. By purchasing, you also agree to their terms and policies.
Our refund policy is described in detail on the “Refund & Cancellation Policy” page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Support and updates
5.1 Support
Active Pro and Agency/Enterprise subscribers receive email support as described on the Site. We aim to respond within a reasonable time but do not guarantee specific response times.
5.2 Updates
During an active subscription, you are entitled to plugin updates, including new features, improvements, and security fixes that we release for your plan.
6. Backups, restores, and data
6.1 Your responsibility
RestoreOne helps you create and manage backups, but you are ultimately responsible for verifying that backups are complete, stored safely, and restorable. We strongly recommend regularly testing restores on a staging or test environment.
6.2 No guarantee of results
While we design RestoreOne to be reliable, we cannot guarantee that every backup or restore will succeed in every hosting environment or configuration.
6.3 Data protection
You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data-protection laws when using the plugin on your sites and storing backups with third-party services.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
– Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
– Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code where not permitted
– Share license keys publicly or with unauthorized third parties
– Use the Service in a way that could damage or overload our infrastructure or services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including the RestoreOne plugin, the Site design, branding, and documentation, are owned by MusederLab and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and other laws.
You retain all rights to your own websites, content, and backups.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or merchantability.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every hosting environment, plugin, or theme.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusederLab and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for:
– Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
– Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
– Any damages exceeding the total amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; in those cases, the limitation shall apply to the fullest extent permitted.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel your subscription via your account or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:
– Breach these Terms
– Abuse support, attempt fraud, or misuse license keys
– Engage in illegal activities using our products
Upon termination, your license and access to updates and support will end. Existing backups stored on your own infrastructure remain yours.
12. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and may post a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
